Reservation & Payment
Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed once payment is processed in full.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Visa , Mastercard, American Express , Zelle transfer
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 may be required. Refunds will be issued within (2-4) days after checkout, minus any damages or fees.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM or later
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur an $ additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellations: Full refund if canceled 30 days before check-in. Partial refund available if canceled within 29 days.
No-Show: No refunds for no-shows.
House Rules
Occupancy: Maximum occupancy guests depends on availability of the house .
No Parties or Events: Parties, small gatherings, and other are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. A $300 cleaning fee applies if violated.
Pets: Pets are [allowed/not allowed]. If allowed, additional fee and restrictions apply.
Guest Responsibilities
Cleanliness: Guests must maintain general cleanliness and return the property in similar condition as received.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Compliance with Law: Guests agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including Austin city ordinances.
Safety & Liability
Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including use of amenities (e.g., pool, hot tub, barbecue).
Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses related to their stay.
Maintenance & Emergencies
Repairs: Please notify the host immediately of any maintenance issues. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Emergencies: In case of an emergency, call 911 first, then notify the host.
Termination of Stay
The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation immediately and without refund for violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to unauthorized parties, illegal activities, or exceeding occupancy limits.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in County or preferred Texas.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking and staying at the property, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
